Cancellation & Punctuality
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, full payment is required for the following conditions
- Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- No-show or missed appointments.
- Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. When booking your appointments within 24 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject
to a fee.
Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical issues or skin conditions you may have.
We are very concerned about the safety of your children; our facility has many hard surfaces and sharp instruments. Children not receiving services must remain in the waiting area with a parent or guardian.
To ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests, please turn off your cell phone or use vibration mode while visiting our facility
Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gratuities are not included in service or package pricing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
Skin & Bodyfresh will replace any retail products deemed to be defective for up to 14 days from purchase date. If a replacement cannot be obtained then a refund will be provided in the form of a gift card. The returning of skin care of make up products is not permitted once opened.
We are not held responsible for any items left unattended at Skin & Bodyfresh.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
